Upon full settlement of project engineering invoices, Apex Digital SA assigns 100% full custom source code ownership, repository access, and design assets to the client. Clients operate free from monthly builder lock-ins or proprietary platform subscriptions.
2. Pricing Metrics & Scope Benchmarks
Published tier pricing (Starter from R1,500, Standard from R5,000, Pro from R10,000) and performance metrics (sub-0.4s load speed, 99/100 PageSpeed) represent standardized engineering benchmarks. Formal project scopes, SLAs, and deliverables are governed by an executed Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Limitation of Liability
Apex Digital SA disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, or third-party service disruptions, including DNS registrar outages, client-side domain misconfigurations, or external API provider downtime.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (KwaZulu-Natal Local Division, Durban).
